You may browse this website and use the free demos for your own information. Please do not copy, resell or republish its content without our written permission, try to get around its security, or use it to send unlawful or harmful material.

Courses, portals and licences

Courses, client portals and the Teacup English Assistant (T.E.A.) are provided under separate agreements. Learners using a portal accept the Learner Licence; organisations sign a licence and data processing agreement with us. Those documents apply instead of these terms where they cover the same thing.

Results and estimates

T.E.A. results, band estimates and level checks are indicative practice estimates, not official scores. Teacup English is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of IELTS, OET, TOEIC or any other test.

Your information

How we use personal information is explained in our privacy notice. Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to us and are not stored on the website.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
